A submitted Tour Registration Form and a deposit of $2,500 per person reserves your spot on the tour. Click on the button above to complete your registration online.

Room Type Request

We will try to accommodate your room type request, but space on the tour and in the hotel is limited. If we cannot provide your room type we will contact you after we receive your registration.

Payment Schedule

• Deposit of $2,500pp is due on registration

• Balance of package due by June 15, 2026

Payments may be made by check, Zelle, MasterCard, Visa or American Express.

Refund and Cancellation Policy:

• Deposit is fully refundable for 1 week after registration

• Deposit is non-refundable before June 15, 2026

• Tour cost is non-refundable after June 15, 2026

Single Occupancy

If you are traveling solo and want to be the only occupant in your hotel room (single occupancy) there will be an additional charge of $2,700 for a Deluxe room. Please call for single occupancy cost for Jr Suites and Suites. A 200% deposit is needed for single occupancy.

Trip Cancellation and Travel Insurance

We highly recommend the purchase of Trip Cancellation and Travel Insurance more commonly known as Trip Insurance. This insurance will provide a refund for non-refundable trip costs in the event of covered reasons such as an illness or injury to a guest or in their immediate family that prevent the guest from being able to travel on the trip.
